Situated close to the border of Cornwall and Devon this property is in the perfect location to explore both counties and the scenery and attractions they have to offer. Although it is in a quiet countryside location the cottage is only four miles from the nearest beach: the golden sands of Widemouth Bay. Rugged cliffs and the picturesque coastline can be further explored thanks to the South West Coast Path. The seaside town of Bude is also nearby offering a large selection of pubs restaurants cafes and shops as well a swimming pool golf courses sandy beaches and much more. Further afield there are plenty of fishing villages to explore as well as both Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor. This single storey cottage comprises of a king-size bedroom bathroom lounge and kitchen/diner. In the bathroom there is a shower over bath and WC. The comfortable lounge contains a TV/DVD with Freeview as well as a hi-fi perfect for enjoying a quiet evening in. The well-equipped and spacious kitchen is kitted out with appliances including a ceramic hob electric oven microwave fridge with ice compartment hot drinks machine dishwasher and washer/dryer while it also has a dining table. Guests can also look out onto the surrounding countryside views thanks to the large window seat. Bed linen towels Free WiFi electric and central heating are all provided. The lounge opens out directly onto the patio leading to the partially enclosed garden where you will find the hot tub. A BBQ can be supplied upon request. Ample off-road parking is available.
