A high quality barn conversion set in a tranquil courtyard in the heart of Devon. Situated on a small beef and sheep farm its the perfect spot for families walkers and nature lovers alike. The quaint village of Payhembury is a short walk away via country lanes and is home to a pub and community shop. Enjoy a picnic while the children play on the shingle beach by the river or relax and sing songs around the firepit. The farm also hosts the village cricket club with pitch for hire and a bar and BBQ on match nights. The barn is ideally placed for those wishing to explore the Jurassic Coast and the areas abundance of pretty towns and villages. Adjoining a second similar barn a private pathway and three steps lead up to the main entrance. Enter into the spacious hallway with WC and separate utility room with washer/dryer which leads into the bright and airy lounge/diner. The inviting lounge area has a wood burner making it the perfect place to unwind in front of the TV or watch a DVD after a day spent exploring. Leading on from here is the stylish kitchen area which is well-equipped with luxury appliances including a range style electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and coffee machine. Enjoying beautiful views over the rolling hills and the accommodation arranged to get the best out of them you can be sure to enjoy a culinary masterpiece here. Located directly outside the barn its the ideal spot for a meal alfresco. To the rear of the property accessed via a hallway on the ground floor there is a communal courtyard and childrens play area shared with one other property. There is off-road parking for four cars within the adjacent parking area.
