Llo Bach cottage Wales

Llo Bach is a unique holiday cottage set in a rural location in the Welsh countryside. The cottage is in a very rural location but not too far from the village of Llangernyw, located in the beautiful Elwy Valley close to where the River Cledwen joins the River Elwy.

From here, it is only 10 miles to the sandy beaches at Conwy Morfa and Llandudno, and 10 miles to the Snowdonia National Park. Llangernyw has an antiques shop, a village shop with a post office, and two pubs.
There are some local attractions in the area, but the village is most renowned for the 4500 to 5000-year-old yew tree in the grounds of St Digain`s Church in the centre of the village. Here you are able to touch one of the three oldest living things on the planet! The yew tree took root sometime in the Bronze Age and is still a thriving and healthy tree today.
The interior of Llo Bach is an eclectic mix of carefully chosen furniture and unique decorative items. Of particular note is the magnificent tapestry and the formal Afghan outfit hanging on a wall.
This is an open and sociable house, situated in beautiful scenery with lovely walks in the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a holiday cottage with a difference, then Llo Bach will hit the spot!

The pleasant seaside town of Abergele stands on the lovely North Wales coastline and is ideally positioned between the stunning Vale of Clwyd and the lovely Conwy Valley. Renowned for the impressive Gwrych Castle which overlooks the town, and its enormous sandy beach, the whole area offers safe bathing waters and excellent watersports facilities. There is also a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, and for walking enthusiasts, the Offa`s Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and beautiful Betws-y-Coed known as the "Gateway to Snowdonia" are all nearby. The beautiful castles of Rhuddlan, Bodelwyddan, Conwy and Caernarfon are not to be missed, and the delightful award-winning Victorian town of Llandudno, offering quality shops, restaurants, a fantastic dry ski slope and exciting cable car rides over the Great Orme, is within easy driving distance. There is plenty to do in this wonderful region at any time of the year!
