Hunmanby is a popular village just inland of Filey making it the perfect getaway for family and friends grab your buckets and spades and head to the beach. Not short of other fabulous beaches to visit a little drive further will get you to Scarborough where there is an abundance of family activities amusements Miniature Railway and is home to Alpamare waterpark. If its spectacular sights and coastal paths that you seek Bempton Cliffs Flamborough Head and Bridlington are a must. Or head into the countryside of the wonderful wolds and magical moors. Entering from the side of the property from the driveway there is an entrance hall to slip off your shoes. The hallway leads to a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and even a washing machine. The kitchen leads nicely through the open-plan to the dining area to enjoy those family meals together. Beyond the kitchen is a hallway that heads through to the lounge with patio doors leading out to patio area overlooking the rear garden. The rear garden is a real bonus for this property providing the opportunity for hours of fun lazing on the lawn breakfast on the patio or enjoy al fresco dining in the afternoon.
