Situated a few minutes drive from the nearby village of Wembury, the properties are perfectly positioned for offering the best of both worlds. With fantastic coastal walks from Wembury Beach along the South West Coast Path to the former HMS Cambridge, you'll see an array of wildlife and spectacular sea views. Further afield is the village of Newton Ferrers with its vibrant harbour, you can enjoy a drink and watch the boats sail by. There are also a wealth of trips and activities nearby, including National Trust properties, Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island, reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in.
