Lake Windermere and Coniston Water are both within a five-mile drive of the cottage with a great range of water sports for all the family. This cottage offers a wonderful break away from the stresses of everyday life and guests will immediately feel relaxed as soon as they enter the comfortable lounge with its sofas electric fire TV/DVD and hi-fi. The propertys kitchen/diner is light and spacious with a pine dining table seating six oven hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Just off from this room is a wonderfully light and sunny conservatory which offers guests a place to sit with a drink and enjoy the uninterrupted views over the neighbouring countryside. There is also a handy ground-floor WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms all of which are tastefully decorated in a restful and understated style. The first of these is a king-size room whilst there is also a twin room and a bunk bedroom which is suitable for younger guests. The bathroom also located on the first floor has a shower over the bath and WC. Outside the property enjoys a quiet attractive garden with patioed seating area and offers off-road parking for two cars as well as secure storage for bikes etc. Need to know: 3 bedrooms, a king size, twin, and bunk bedroom.
