Gwynfryn Cottage is a delightful, detached barn conversion set on the owner`s smallholding, on the edge of Brechfa Forest and just 1.3 miles from Pencader in Wales. There`s open plan studio-style accommodation including a kitchen, dining area, sitting area and two steps up to a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The sitting area also has a charming woodburner and a double sofa bed so the property can sleep up to four people (max. 3 adults). Outside, there is a shared utility room and across the yard from the cottage there is a private, enclosed garden with furniture. Pencader is a small village in the Welsh county of Carmarthenshire, just south-east of Llandysul and south-west of Llanybydder. It is a quiet village set in a west Wales valley with little more than 500 houses a shop, a fine fish and chip shop and two pubs. It hosts the site of an old castle, which is now a grassy Motte. Just 12 miles away the market town of Carmarthen offers a variety of large high street shops, unique local produce shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, as well as a cinema and theatre.
