Gromit Cottage is an ideal base for a family with plenty to do in Masham, and further field are Ripon, Harrogate and York, all of which are well worth visiting.
The historic market town of Masham is situated in the lower reaches of pretty Wensleydale alongside the River Ure and boasts a market square, crafts, galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as being home to Theakstons and Black Sheep Breweries.
