Situated in one of North Cornwall's most picturesque areas, designated as one of 'Outstanding Natural Beauty' this detached cottage nestles in large enclosed gardens with far reaching panoramic views over open fields to the sea beyond at Porth Mear and Park Head.
In the small hamlet of Engollan walkers will enjoy the coastal paths along from Bedruthan Steps to explore the immediate area which is known for its 'seven bays for seven days'. The beautiful Porthcothan Bay is less than 1 mile away and the long sandy surfing beach at Watergate is close by. Enjoy a culinary experience with the property being roughly a 15 minute drive to Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant as well as Rick Stein's Padstow. There is so much to see and do with attractions which include Newquay Sealife Aquarium, Tate Gallery at St Ives, The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park and much more. In the evenings visit one of many local family pubs or simply relax in the gardens overlooking the fenced pond with a BBQ.
