Cottage 2 is a charming abode nestled within the grounds of the Old Farmhouse Mews, in the Lake District village of Braithwaite. It hosts two bedrooms; a mezzanine double and a ground floor twin, sleeping four people altogether. Cottage 2 allows you to relax and unwind after a day exploring the surrounding lakes and fells in this beautiful part of the country.
Between the northern lakes of Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite, lies the village of Braithwaite., with two village shops and two real ale Inns. Between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is also well worth a visit. Lake District Wildlife Park, Dodd Wood, Derwentwater, and Keswick with its wide range of attractions are within easy reach.
