One of Dorsets best-known landmarks; Corfe Castle is set high on the hillside overlooking this picturesque village. Owned by the National Trust you can explore the ruins and take in the wonderful views from the top. There are plenty of local amenities to choose from within these historic surrounds and fabulous walks to be had which wind through rolling countryside. Ideally placed for touring head south to the traditional seaside town of Swanage where you can indulge in some fresh seafood or relax on the sandy beach. Travelling back inland will bring you to a choice of popular attractions including Monkey World and the Tank Museum which are ideal for a fun filled day out. The semi-detached cottage is approached via driveway from the residential no through road where it is situated. A step leads to an entrance hall which is the ideal place to leave muddy boots. Once inside to the left is an inviting lounge with open fire and TV. Just next door is a comfortable dining room the ruins of Corfe Castle can be seen across the countryside from both rooms. Set to the back of the property is kitchen with a Range style oven and gas hob dishwasher and microwave. There is also a handy separate WC here and next door is a useful utility space with washing machine tumble dryer and American style fridge/freezer. Heading back into the lounge to the front hallway you will find the staircase rising to the first floor. Immediately ahead of you is a separate WC with the bathroom next door with a shower over bath. Completing the property are the three bedrooms one cosy twin and two doubles. A door from the kitchen leads into the rear garden of the property.
