WONDERFUL ESTUARY VIEWS AND COUNTRYSIDE WALKS, WORKING FARM WITH 50 ACRES
Beautifully positioned former hayloft set on a peaceful working farm 1 mile from a sandy beach. You can take a stroll directly from the farm along the Exe Estuary Footpath / Cycle Track to Dawlish Warren.
Located less than 1 mile from the property you can also find Cockwood Village and there a couple of excellent harbour side pubs serving sea food. Many birds, some quite rare, visiting the local fields and nearby nature reserve. Bring your binoculars! Jump on the Starcross Ferry (Easter - October) or try one of the many boat trips and estuary cruises on offer. Walks direct from the farm, or visit the attractions close by such as Dawlish, Teignmouth, the market town of Newton Abbot, Dartmoor or nearby Powderham Castle.
The first floor open-plan, studio style living accommodation is accessed via external steps and offers: Lounge / kitchen / diner / sleeping area: large L shaped room with original beams and exposed stonework. Small seating area with TV, Freeview and DVD. Double bed, Kitchen area with electric oven, hob, fridge with freezer box, microwave / combi grill. Dining table and chairs. Shower room: separate with shower and WC.
Outside: raised decked area with garden furniture, extensive grounds and views over countryside and Exe estuary.
