Clematis Cottage is a semi-detached cottage attached to the owner`s home in Kniveton on the edge of the Peak District. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double with an en-suite and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a tiered lawned garden with a patio, terrace and furniture. Clematis Cottage is in a fantastic location for a relaxing holiday, or for something a bit more adventurous.
Steeped in history and situated at the southern end of the Peak District, the lovely village of Kniveton sits in a deep hollow on the slope of Madge Hill, offering home to a scattering of traditional stone cottages, a village pub and a delightful old church built in the 13th century. Surrounded by lovely rolling countryside and situated close to the excellent watersport facilities at Carsington Water, this great location provides the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.
