The cottage has a king-size double room and a double room, a shower room, ground floor cloakroom and open plan living area with doors to the garden. Outside is a shared hot tub room for the ultimate in relaxation, and shared use of the owners` grounds including a fire pit. There is off road parking for two cars. Broxwood Barn is ideally placed for enjoying all Herefordshire has to offer, from walking and cycling to historic buildings and charming towns and villages. Note: Water is from a private borehole. Note: Hot tub is shared with the holiday cottage next door.
