A SEMI-DETACHED COTTAGE ON LOCH LOMOND AND TROSSACHS NATIONAL PARK
Beautifully situated in a peaceful corner of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, this traditional cottage is well presented with a welcoming atmosphere and lovely finishing touches with all rooms are on the ground level.
This charming semi-detached cottage sits between the clear waters of Loch Venachar and the wooded slopes of the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park. Despite the tranquil feeling of rural remoteness, Callander is only 5 miles away with excellent shops and facilities and Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling and Perth are all within easy driving distance. The loch is a short walk away for swimming and fishing and the National Cycle Route runs along the lochside.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin, both bedrooms have their own separate access to a shared en-suite shower-room.
Bathroom: with bath and WC. Lounge / diner: with stove and SkyTV. Kitchen / breakfast room: with door to patio, electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Utility room. Sun room.
Outside: enclosed garden with covered patio, garden furniture, play equipment and a summer house.
Amenities: electric, solid fuel central heating, stove and towels included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome.
Additional info: short breaks are charged as follows: 3 & 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rate, 5 & 6 nights charged at full weekly rate. Telephone by arrangement. Ryder Cup 2014 - rentals commence 20th September 2014 for 9 nights at a supplement of 100% of the weekly price displayed. Arrival: 4pm.
