Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many local footpaths on offer that criss cross the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or hop in the car and take a trip down to the coast and enjoy a day out at the seaside exploring the towns of Hastings and Bexhill. The front door of this traditional cottage opens into a small hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading into the cosy split-level lounge/diner which is bursting with country charm. Comfortable sofas sit at either side of the room with a coffee table in the centre while a wood burner sits in an original fireplace. Curl up in front of the fire and catch up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV with DVD player. A step leads down into the dining area where there is a dining table and seating for six. From the lounge head into the kitchen which is equipped with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Just off the kitchen area is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer along with a separate WC. Stairs from the hallway head up the cottage style stairs to the first floor where you will find 2 double bedrooms both of which share the bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC. Head outside from the kitchen into a pretty courtyard garden which is a real sun trap throughout the day. Here you will find a patio table and chairs charcoal BBQ and a hot tub perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. There is roadside parking outside the property for one car.
