120 ACRES STOCK FARM, GAMES BARN AND TABLE TENNIS
Set in the middle of 120 acres, this secluded and peaceful spot within the grounds of a lovely old manor house has open views across the fields. Well furnished, equipped and insulated, this is a lovely spot for Summer or Winter.
You will be in the heart of the countryside and yet a few miles from the wonderful Cornish Coast with its sandy beaches and popular attractions including The Milky Way and 45 minutes drive from The Eden Project. Games barn: with table tennis, pool table, skittle alley, children's playhouse and indoor games. There is also a large sand play area for younger children (at parents own risk). The barn is also useful as an extra under cover BBQ or picnic area.
The log cabin style accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area at one end with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and many extras.
Outside: patio doors from lounge lead out to the enclosed garden. BBQ available. Summer house with tumble drier and freezer.
Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and night storage heating included. Panel heating and tumble dryer is charged by coin meter. Towels are available for hire. Broadband available. Regret no smoking within the property. Babysitting by arrangement. Dog by arrangement in off-peak periods, which can be left in outdoor dog pen if required.
Additional info: the owner is also happy to accept grocery deliveries prior to your arrival.
