In a tranquil setting with superb farmland and rural views nestling within the 19 acre farm with riverside and woodland walks and fly fishing available on the land.
Just north of Dartmoor with it's rugged scenery and wildlife, you will be ideally placed for visiting the North and South coasts, with long sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves to explore. The market towns of Crediton and Okehampton are close by, offering a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities, and other attractions close by include historic Exeter, Okehampton Castle, Lydford Gorge, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, RHS Rosemoor Gardens to name but a few. There is an excellent shop within a 5 minute walk and plenty of local family pubs serving good food close by. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ and a glass of wine in the enclosed garden area.
The accommodation has been furnished and well-equipped with reclaimed wood floors throughout and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC.
