This contemporary bungalow with spacious living area is situated on a quiet lane in the hamlet of Aultgowrie.
Muir of Ord is 3 miles away while the pretty town of Beauly and the city of Inverness both offer excellent facilities within easy driving distance. Apart from relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, local activities include walking, biking, angling, golf, ornithology, sailing and day trips to explore the surrounding areas. Ullapool and the West Coast are a 50 minutes’ drive. The spectacular Falls of Orrin are an easy walk. Games facilities: table tennis table in the garage.
The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 double leading to conservatory with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 2 twins and 1 single.
Bathroom: with separate shower and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: with woodburner (initial supply of solid fuel provided), patio doors leading to garden, SkyTV and hi-fi. Kitchen area: cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer. 2 utility rooms.
Outside: enclosed garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ.
Amenities: bed linen, towels, wi-fi, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs by arrangement.
Additional info: short breaks are charged as follows: 3 & 4 nights at 75% of the full weekly rates, 5 & 6 nights will be the full weekly rate.
