Perfect for families walkers cyclists and kayakers who are looking to explore North Devon it is situated on the North Devon Coast Path and the Tarka Trail (cycling and walking) can be seen from the property. The ancient port and market town of Bideford where you can catch the MS Oldenburg to Lundy Island is an easy walk down the quayside. For a change of scenery take a trip to the beautiful beaches of Westward Ho! and Instow which offers lots of entertainment for children whether it playing in the surf or building sand castles. As you enter the property on your left you have a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine boasting views of the estuary through the lounge. Following on from here you enter the roomy lounge where you can take in the views or snuggle up to watch the TV in front of the woodburner.
