This property is a real haven but with so much on your doorstep it would be a shame to miss out on all the area has to offer. Located just 5 miles south of a choice of beautiful beaches you are spoilt for choice so why not try Godrevy with its sandy shores and views out to Godrevy Lighthouse the inspiration behind Virginia Woolfs novel To The Lighthouse. You can take a break from the midday sun and have lunch at the beachside Godrevy Cafe. A stroll around the bay will bring you to neighbouring Gwithian with its surf hire shop and surf school. Slightly further afield St Ives is within an easy drive and has many chic shops bars and restaurants as a pretty harbour. Or maybe you will have a day trip to the Scilly Isles from Penzance Airport. This stunning and luxurious property is the perfect place to retreat with family or friends and a stay here will give you a true break from real life. The inverted layout of the property means that all of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with super king bed has a Jack and Jill bathroom and French doors opening out to the decking and garden. A second bedroom with a double bed has a modern en-suite shower room with doors which lead outside. A third large bedroom with a king size bed has a shared Jack and Jill en suite with the fourth bedroom which has a double bed and doors leading outside. The fifth bedroom is a connecting room with double sofa bed which can be used as childs bedroom or as a childrens games room. All the bedrooms have their own TVs. The main bathroom is a hi-spec design with a freestanding bath separate large rainfall shower and WC. Take the stairs to the open-plan living area which really makes the most of its first-floor position with its glass gable end giving views across the garden and leading out onto the new large balcony. The owners have really paid attention to detail with a hammock chair and wood burner making this a relaxing space in which to take advantage of the TV/DVD including Sky sports and movies. On the other side of the lounge/diner/kitchen is the well-equipped kitchen with electric rangemaster oven and hob microwave wine cooler Nespresso megimix coffee machine dishwasher washer/dryer and large American fridge/freezer with ice machine. The property has underfloor heating. The property includes a garden bedroom which has a four poster bed and en-suite shower room. The garden bedroom is situated close to the hot tub and offers a romantic hideaway for guests who want some peace and quiet from the main house (for adult use only). Outside too this property is very well-appointed. The impressive gardens are replete with sunken hot tub large outside dining space childrens play area and large lawns. The gardens include a Scandinavian style barbecue lodge with seating for 12 people. As you would expect there Is plentiful off-road parking.
