Appledore is a unique fishing village with a variety of local pubs restaurants cafes and shops to explore. Enjoy its quaint cobbled streets and beautiful setting along the river with views over to Instow. Nearby you will find an abundance of walks along the coastal paths or the famous Tarka Trail. Keep the family entertained with the nearby family attractions The Big Sheep The Milky Way Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park all make for a fun filled day out. For quieter days out why not discover some of the stunning coastline and beaches including the miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! and Woolacombe. This stylish accommodation is arranged over three floors step foot into the entrance hall with room for your muddy boots. Then move down a few steps into the bright and airy kitchen/diner this spacious area has views towards the river and over Appledore. With plenty of space to eat in style its also a perfect space to relax or enjoy a board game with the family and there are bi-folding doors which lead out to the garden. The kitchen area is well-equipped with many high end appliances including electric double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A useful utility area houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Back up the steps to the entrance level there is also the door to the garage/games room with table football and dart board great for adults or kids alike and a useful separate WC. Steps lead up to the lounge with comfy sofas where you can sit back and watch the Smart TV which has the Sky Q entertainment package and bi-folding doors leading out to a decked balcony with superb river views and garden furniture. Steps lead up from the lounge to the second floor which has two bedrooms a double and a twin as well as a stylish bathroom with a bath a separate shower and WC. The landing area then leads up a short staircase to the master king-size bedroom with Juliette balcony with panoramic estuary views and ample storage space a short staircase leads up to a shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside to the rear enclosed garden complete with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. At the front of the property is off-road parking for two cars.
