Cosy late 18th century fisherman's cottage on a small quiet shorefront road, a few metres from a slipway to the estuary. This end-terrace property is within a level walk of the quayside, pubs, shops and galleries, and enjoys views from the upstairs living room.
Take a short drive to the sand dunes and beach at Instow, or use the cottage as a base to explore the wide range of natural and cultural attractions that North Devon has to offer, from stretches of golden sands at Westward Ho! to the Italian gardens at Tapeley Park.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: downstairs 1 twin (2'6" beds), on the first floor reached by a steep cottage staircase 1 double bedroom with flatscreen TV, Freeview and DVD.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
Lounge: also on the first floor with river glimpses, DAB digital radio and iPod dock. Kitchen / diner: on the ground floor with dining area, small sitting area offering flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD, iPod dock and old stone fireplace with woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen area with breakfast bar, cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
Outside: small decked terrace with garden furniture, BBQ and river views reached via very steep communal steps (not suitable for unaccompanied small children or dogs).
Amenities: roadside parking nearby or in car park approx £15 per week. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. 1 well-behaved dog by arrangement.
