Well placed for several attractions to include Margam Country Park 1000 acres of countryside with a castle deer park and visitors centre Parc Slip nature reserve with over 10km of safe paths where children can discover the local wildlife. For mountain bike enthusiasts the owners wealth of knowledge for the local paths is on hand at your convenience. The beautiful South Wales countryside is on the doorstep with the traditional seaside resort and surfing beaches of Porthcawl 10 miles away the stunning Gower Peninsula Swansea and the bright lights of the Welsh capital Cardiff are within driving distance. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). As you open the front door of this character property you will enter the spacious lounge area with a comfy sofa TV exposed beams and an inglenook fire place with a wood burner. This is the perfect space to relax and unwind with family and friends after a busy day exploring South Wales. As you stroll through the lounge you will enter the farmhouse kitchen with formal dining area and views across the rear garden. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher along with a separate utility room with washing machine and freezer. There is also a handy ground floor shower room with a shower and WC. As you make your way back to the lounge area the last room to complete the ground floor is the character double bedroom with feature fireplace the perfect space for a good nights rest. As you head up the stairs from the lounge you will find yourself on the cosy landing the first bedroom you reach is the light and airy double bedroom with views to the front of the property next along the corridor you will find the shower room with shower and WC to enjoy a hot rinse after an active day exploring. To complete the first floor will be the spacious double bedroom with an additional single bed. Heading outside you will find an enclosed garden area to the front of the property with seating the perfect space to enjoy a morning coffee. To the rear of the property you will find a large garden area the perfect space to enjoy the fresh air with family and friends. There is ample private parking at the property and storage for bikes and surfboards by request with the owner. Please note this property has a private water supply.
