Ideally positioned to explore the whole of Cornwall this house is within a short drive of a range of popular attractions including The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens. For those looking to make the most of their free bus pass there is a bus stop nearby and the main bus depot is 1 mile away from which buses run to many Cornish destinations as well as Plymouth. Closer to home there is an abundance of nearby pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes many serving top quality produce. Inside the accommodation is light and airy with a feeling of spaciousness throughout. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. The lounge is spacious and inviting and features a TV/DVD with Freeview plus a cosy living flame gas fire for evenings in while the dining area in the lounge overlooks the pretty patio outside. During the day the small suntrap conservatory is the perfect spot to relax with a good book all year round.
