This striking property has been lovingly converted to provide high standard of quality and comfort. You can enjoy the stunning sea views from the ground floor living area or the first floor lounge with balcony.
With many attractions just a short drive away, you will be spoilt for choice during your stay. The beautiful Dunster Castle and grounds, together with Exmoor National Park are only a 15 minute drive and really deserve a visit. Alternatively drive to the towns of Taunton or Bridgwater, with their array of high street shops, pubs and restaurants. Watchet itself has a long pebble beach, a harbour, a steam train and family pubs within walking distance, or why not stay in and take in the breathtaking views from one of the two lounges.
The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 spacious doubles on the ground floor. On the first floor 1 large double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC (limited head room) and 1 twin room with views over the Quantock Hills, Exmoor and Welsh coastline.
Bathroom: on the ground floor with stand-alone bath and WC. Shower room with WC on the first floor. Lounge / diner / kitchen: open-plan and spacious with sea views through the fully glazed elevation with doors leading to garden, TV, DVD and iPod dock. Dining area with seating for 8. Kitchen area with double electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer. Second lounge on the first floor with glazed gable end with access to the balcony, TV / DVD and iPod dock. Utility room: with washing machine and back door.
Outside: enclosed lawn with large patio area with seating to enjoy the panoramic sea views.
Amenities: off-road parking for up to 4 cars. Bed linen, towels, electric and heating (central and under floor) included. Regret no pets.
Location: beach, shops and pubs all walking distance. Famous Blue Anchor sandy beach 2 miles drive.
