Located on a quiet street in the old fishers part of the village a peaceful setting for a relaxing break in the Highlands. A short walk from the Moray Firth shoreline the area is acknowledged as one of the best places in Europe for spotting Bottlenose dolphins. Outdoor activities include golf cycling fishing walking and climbing. Walk to the Medieval Ormonde Castle with views back to the village and over the bay. There are scenic drives all along the coast with pretty villages in between and sandy beaches at Fortrose and Rosemarkie with cafe and childrens play area. Visit the beautiful mystical Fairy Glen waterfalls. Inverness the capital of the Highlands is just a short drive away or get the bus from the village. Culloden Battlefield Fort George and the historic castles of Cawdor and Urquhart are on the banks of Loch Ness. Enjoy a ferry trip from Cromarty to Nigg running from May 1st September 30th 2021 Stepping into this delightful two storey property on the ground floor you will find the lovely spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner.
