3 Florence Place is a mid-terrace cottage set in the village of Newlyn in Cornwall. This cottage has three bedrooms including a double and two singles, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen and a living dining room. To the outside there is roadside parking and a patio. 3 Florence Place is a delightful cottage in a fantastic location, with plenty to see and do within reach including walks and cycle routes, watersports, beaches and fishing.

Newlyn is the third largest fishing port in England, and a Port of Refuge for all sea baring craft. Visitors can still watch the landing and auctioning of fish at the market, as many families have for centuries before. This village is around the harbour, with its 800 year old quay curling around the boats. Famous for the Newlyn school of Art and Newlyn Copper, the Cornwall Coastal Path passes through the village, as does the level Mousehole to Marazion cycle path. Wildlife and flora can be enjoyed along both, with sharks, dolphins and seals often seen. The Cornish coast is renowned for surfing, and Penwith offers beaches on which to enjoy this sport as well as surf fishing for sea bass. Mounts Bay also offers opportunities for watersports enthusiasts as well as giving visitors an opportunity to relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings.
